Abbazia Cuveé Prestige
Abbazia Cuveé Prestige
From the Piedmont region of Italy comes a refreshing bubbly that goes best with celebratory occasions. Winemakers use the Charmat method to produce Cuvée Prestige, which is when wine is fermented twice in stainless steel vats. On the second round of fermentation, the wine becomes sparkling and usually creates fruitier notes than you’ll find in traditional Champagne. You can taste delicious notes of golden apple and spring flower flavors in every bright, bubbly sip of this Abbazia sparkling. It’s dry and pleasant and goes well with fresh oysters, a shrimp cocktail, or a light citrus salad.
