You may think you know Sauvignon Blanc, but the 2020 Sauvetage is here to shake things up. This little French number is vinified with minimal interference, which lets the true spirit of the wine shine through and the respect paid to the fruit really shows. Snappy tropical, citrus, and white stone fruits are abundant on the nose, and the palate is tied up with a minerally finish. This is a home run with creamy cheeses and early spring dishes featuring asparagus, green peas, artichokes, or white fish.
